Being ready isn’t a feeling, it’s a decision.
Hi! I’m Pam :)
I’m a life coach based in Squamish, BC. It took me a while to get here - apparently, I needed to take the scenic route! Along the way, working with people has been at the heart of everything I do. And that’s always been my favourite part.
Curiosity comes naturally to me - I’m drawn to people’s stories and the experiences that have shaped them. I love helping people see things from a different perspective, turn up the volume on what’s already working, and trust themselves a little bit more.
-
I’ve taken a few different paths, both personally and professionally. I’ve made some tough decisions, navigated change and started over more than once. These experiences taught me what it means to believe in yourself, take a chance, and keep going, even when you don’t have everything figured out.
Coming back to coaching led me to counselling, which I am currently studying. I love that I’ll eventually be able to bring both into my work - helping people move forward, while also having space to explore the past and how it might be showing up in the present.
-
You’re the expert on your own life - my role is to meet you where you’re at and help you get a better understanding of what’s working, what isn’t, and what comes next.
I’ll reflect back what I’m noticing - including the good stuff we sometimes have a habit of overlooking. There’s warmth and care in the way I work, room for the uncomfortable stuff, and humour when the moment calls for it!

Travelling is probably my favourite thing in the world - especially when I get to do it with my kiddo! When I’m closer to home, you’ll find me exploring the trails around Squamish, crafting when time and inspiration cooperate, and most definitely drinking copious amounts of tea with milk. I love pulling off a good surprise, finding little ways to make the people I love feel special, and genuinely enjoy budgeting. Yes, budgeting.
Coaching vs Counselling
Coaching
Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be.
It’s forward‑moving and goal-orientated, while still leaving room to look at what might be influencing you today.
The work is practical and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating meaningful change.
Counselling
Counselling focuses on understanding your emotions, patterns, and history.
It gives you space to explore the past and how it shapes and impacts the present.
The work is reflective and restorative, supporting healing, integration, and new understanding.
Is Coaching Right for ME?
Maybe! Here are a few things that might help you decide.
-
figuring out what you really want
creating more balance in your life
giving yourself permission to do things differently
making a decision you’re unsure about
preparing for a change ahead
adjusting when things don’t go the way you planned
setting boundaries and having difficult conversations
noticing and shifting patterns that keep getting in your way
turning something you’ve been thinking about into action
-
No two sessions are the same! Depending on what you bring in, we might explore your values or core beliefs, work through a problem you’re trying to solve, look at where you are in the process of change, or use goal-setting to turn an idea into a plan. Sometimes the conversation will be more reflective, other times more practical - and you’ll usually leave with a new insight, an idea to explore, or something to try on.
-
recognizing your own strengths and what you’re capable of
feeling confident about the direction you want to take
spending more of your time and energy on what matters to you
getting clear on what’s in your control
new perspectives with situations you’ve been wrestling with
discovering options you hadn’t considered before
greater trust in yourself and your ability to figure things out
practical next steps that feel manageable and genuinely yours
